'Laguna' Northcote Period Home

This property sits on Ruckers Hill, with a massive view across to the city and eastern suburbs. The house was built around 1911. The garden was let run down. Fortunately, a few mature palms and trees survived to give the new garden a head start.

The garden plantings have been zoned to suit the conditions, purpose and mood of the different areas. We have a lush and cool planting around the immediate house and swimming pool, with a Mediterranean zone in the more exposed front garden space.
